Interested in evaluating and addressing neurodevelopmental conditions, conducting differential diagnoses, and managing comorbidities, she is passionate about using tools that can reveal important insights to empower individuals in addressing their concerns and guiding them in the right therapeutic direction. Ebru's interests also span the field of grief and bereavement counselling, specifically with assisting both children and parents navigating traumatic grief and loss-related challenges. In her academic pursuits, she dedicated her thesis to exploring bereavement, honing in on parents who experienced sibling loss during childhood and exploring how these experiences may have shaped their parenting approaches. Ihsan holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney. His journey into speech pathology was ignited by his firsthand experiences while working closely with students with disabilities in the context of martial arts education. Working with students and their multidisciplinary teams inspired Ihsan as he witnessed clients thriving in their environments and achieving their goals, motivating him to make a positive impact in the field of speech pathology through a person-centered approach.
Ihsan's passion for his profession is evident in his dedication to helping those in need. His skills have been honed through diverse experiences in clinical, educational, and hospital settings. His specific area of interest lies in supporting stroke patients as they navigate the challenges of communication difficulties following a stroke. Additionally, Ihsan extends his skills to individuals with disabilities, empowering them with tools to enhance their communication abilities and overall quality of life.

Sanya Merchant serves as the Practice Manager at the Australian Psychology and Speech Clinic, concurrently pursuing a degree in Health Science/Masters in Speech Pathology. With a background as a coordinator in the community services sector, she brings valuable experience to her current role. Sanya is a strong advocate for raising awareness of family and domestic violence. Her passion is evident in her commitment to supporting individuals impacted by family and domestic violence. Sanya's professional interests extends to working with clients across various presentations, including paediatrics and acquired brain injury cases. Sanya's compassionate approach and genuine interest in the well-being of others contribute significantly to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment within the clinic.
PAEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Daphne Dimaculangan-Sauler holds both a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy degree she completed in the Philippines as well as a Master’s in Education major with a specialisation in Special Education at the University of Florida.
She has professional experience as an occupational therapist, where she has honed her expertise in working with diverse clientele. Her professional journey has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to support individuals facing various challenges. Daphne is adept at assisting clients dealing with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, sensory integration difficulties, and gross and fine motor skills delays. Her proficiency also extends to working with individuals coping with conditions such as cerebral palsy, stroke, and amputations.
Daphne's passion for working with individuals with disabilities was nurtured during her formative years. Growing up, she spent a significant portion of her time in mainstream classrooms alongside children with disabilities and delays. This exposure allowed her to develop a deep empathy and understanding of their unique needs and challenges. She has actively participated in outreach programs with the marginalised sector in the Philippines. This profoundly transformative experience has provided her with the opportunity to witness the resilience and strength of individuals facing adversity. Through these experiences, she gained a deeper understanding of the systemic challenges they encounter and a renewed commitment to advocating for their rights and well-being. These occurrences led her to her passion in teaching and helping individuals with disabilities and their families.

Randa Arnaout is a registered Occupational Therapist with a wealth of experience spanning both public and private health settings. With a comprehensive background in complex presentations and assessment, Randa brings invaluable expertise to our team. Her professional portfolio includes specialised work in home modifications, assistive technology, and driving assessments for individuals with disabilities. Beyond her clinical practice, Randa is deeply passionate about advocacy, ensuring that clients are empowered and well-informed throughout their therapeutic journeys.

Eray is a dedicated physiotherapist with experience in both private sector and hospital settings. He specialises in sports injuries, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, working with individuals to restore mobility and strength. Eray is passionate about helping clients recover and reach their full physical potential, tailoring treatment plans to meet each person’s unique needs.

Fatima Al Helou is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist who holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree from Western Sydney University. Her decision to pursue a career in speech pathology was influenced by her personal experience with her brother's disability. Guided by her journey, Fatima is driven by her vision of what comprehensive therapy must entail. She continuously expands her knowledge base to ensure her clients obtain high-quality therapy.
Fatima enjoys working with clients of all ages, particularly those with Autism, Down syndrome, developmental delays, and acquired stroke. In addition to providing tailored interventions, Fatima is an advocate for her clients' needs and rights while also ensuring Culturally and Linguistically Diverse individuals can access services.
Beyond work, Fatima finds joy in artistic pursuits such as painting. Her creativity extends to problem-solving and developing unique strategies for her clients' challenges in therapy.

Lia enjoys conducting communication and swallowing assessments, providing ongoing therapy and designing mealtime management plans for individuals with swallowing disorders. She also offers consultation services/indirect therapy through a key-worker model approach for people across the lifespan.
Lia believes that quality care and intervention stems from actively advocating for the individual and their families, and providing evidence-based care through a holistic and collaborative approach.

Outside of work, Mina enjoys engaging in different hobbies such as reading, solving puzzles and hiking. She also finds joy in exploring new creative pursuits, including pottery and crafting.
